I make a lot of salads. They’re healthy, tasty, easy, and relatively cheap… pretty much perfect food in my book. Oh and I haven’t even gotten to the best part. This food can easily be altered to suit the needs/wants of my family members. Do you have a one year old that despises lettuce? leave it out…or sneek in a few pieces just to keep her tasting it… Yes. I’m that kind of mother.

No. That's not a jar of garlic to go with my salad. It's a repurposed dressing container.
Handful of mixed greens
Tofu (a few half-inch cubes)
Feta
Cherry Tomatoes (halved… because I hate it when they squirt)
Black olives
Yellow Bell Pepper
Cucumber
Greek Dressing
For a Toddler version simply leave out the greens…or whatever your loved one can’t digest.
